How do I pay in the USA?
Zelle, Venmo or credit/debit card. We confirm your order, then email our Zelle or Venmo details, or a secure card payment link. No card details are ever entered on this site, and orders ship once payment is received.
How do I know my order went through?
You see an order number on screen straight away. We then confirm by email or WhatsApp within one working day, Monday to Saturday.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, any time before it is dispatched. Email or WhatsApp us with your order number. Once it has shipped, use our returns process instead.
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes. Our US store at www.wetrustmediva.com/us shows every price in US dollars. We ship to all 50 states and Washington, D.C. with tracking. We cannot deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US territories.
How much is shipping to the USA, and how long does it take?
Tracked international shipping is a flat $12.99, or free on orders of $75 or more. We dispatch within 1 to 3 working days, and delivery usually takes 7 to 15 working days after that. Customs clearance can occasionally add a few days.
